Everyone else must be rough with theirs. I drop mine out the tree taking them down and my clips are holding strong going on second season! Great sticks added an aider to one and they get me as high as i need!
I ordered a set of the workhorse sticks December 2024. Despite the other reviews about the clips breaking I haven’t had any issues with the clips what so ever. I did order the stick replacements locks to replace the clips. The sticks are super lightweight and make for easy packing a mile back into hunt.
The clips on the sticks to hold them together broke on my 5th use… broke on 3 of my 4 sticks. Not great.
Let me start by saying tethered makes quality stuff. I have a lot of their products I bought these sticks for my son and they broke on the second use I have a feeling tetherd will make this right long-term, but I had one of the first runs these sticks And it didn’t work out well.
2 of the clips broke trying to put them together but they are really nice and seem good quality other than that.
