Whether you're trekking deep into public land or locking in for a dawn-to-dusk sit on the family farm, the Carnivore 2P has your back. Silent and durable, the integrated RAD system allows for easy stow or deployment of the bottom panel while maintaining the low-drag profile of the saddle. Our patent-pending Quad Lock UtiliBridge® lets you adjust the top and bottom panels independently, so you can fine-tune your fit and hunt comfortably all day long.

A single panel saddle is one continuous piece that’s lighter, simpler, and great for quick, mobile hunts but offers less adjustability for long sits. A two panel saddle has two separate sections that can be adjusted mid-hunt for better weight distribution and all-day comfort. Saddle Features
The panels on the Carnivore 2P are not detachable, and honestly, that’s a good thing.
They’re fully adjustable and snap into each other with the RAD System, which lets you stow or deploy the bottom panel quickly and quietly without dealing with extra straps or loose parts.
The saddle fits so well and moves so naturally that you’ll forget you’re even wearing it. It functions great as a single panel and really shines when used as a two panel. Once you try it, you won’t be asking how to take panels off, you’ll be wondering why you didn’t start hunting this way sooner.
Yes! You can absolutely use the Carnivore 2P Saddle as a single panel saddle. During testing, we found the single panel to be so comfortable that we would forget to deploy the second panel until snack time kicked in.
Whenever you're ready to deploy the top panel, simply pull out the R.A.D.s and fine tune your comfort.
Yes! Modular Pockets and SYS Haulers will fit on the Carnivore.
Additionally, the Carnivore 2P includes bonus MOLLE loops for extra attachment points, giving you plenty of flexibility to configure your setup exactly how you want it.
Yes, the free-floating barrels on the Carnivore 2P Saddle can be removed. These barrels, also known as bridge bushings, are part of Tethrd’s Quad Lock UtiliBridge® system and are designed to allow the top and bottom panels to float independently, allowing the saddle to self-equalize and distribute weight evenly.
For those that want to make micro-adjustments to fit, you can easily remove the bridge barrels and manually adjust the top and bottom panels with the Quad Lock UtiliBridge®.

I just started saddle hunting last season with the GRIT Workhorse, I thought it was a great saddle and really had no complaints. I decided to upgrade out of curiosity, because I wanted to see and feel the difference with a two-panel saddle. Honestly I think I’d still like to try the Ultralock SD out of curiosity too, but I can say the Carnivore really is amazing and I’m excited to try in on some long sits in the woods. I think I will be able to run it without the need of bringing in a back band, because the design allows you to reposition for better back support; very important to me. I’ve tested the carnivore out a few times so far and it is amazing how comfortable it is. I set it up with the Tethrd modular pouches and also the elastic suspenders for just a little extra support carrying gear in while wearing it. So far I think this is a saddle that literally anyone can get completely comfortable in as there is endless ability to make adjustments and it’s very lightweight. I’d recommend this saddle to anyone getting started with saddle hunting and anyone that is on the fence and skeptical about how comfortable it can be to hunt from a saddle. I’d say if you’re on the fence just buy this first, you won’t be disappointed.
Extremely comfortable and the quality is unmatched
First time saddle hunter; this saddle is light weight, breathable, and comfortable. With the accessory bags, I was able to stow all my gear for an easy climb, clip on my sticks, and attach my pull rope. 10/10 recommend.
I am 58 years old. This is my first saddle. I was looking for safety and comfort, mobility. This saddle has it all. The first time up feels kind of odd but after couple times up I feel it's going to be a great mobile way to hunt.
I thought I had the king of comfort with the lockdown saddle but this carnivore did not take away any of that comfort while making it lightweight and compact as the phantom.
I have had almost every saddle Tethrd has released. From the days of the mantis right up through the lockdown. Each getting better and better… then the carnivore came along and showed them all.
This saddle is incredibly comfortable and has none of the restrictions of a two panel system. The clips make it as compact and lightweight as the phantom, so wearing it into the field doesn’t present the struggles of a two panel saddle.
The Tethrd Team really looked at all aspects from the perspective of a hunter and checked all the boxes with this one. Safe, rugged, lightweight, and extremely comfortable… I don’t know how they’re going to top this one.
