Production & Manufacturing Manager

Role Summary:  The Production & Manufacturing Manager is a critical relationship manager responsible for overseeing Tethrd’s external manufacturing partners. This role ensures all outside manufacturers adhere to our stringent quality standards, meet testing protocols, operate within budget, and continuously enhance efficiency.

Core Functions:

• Partner Sourcing & Management: Source, develop, and manage all third-party manufacturing partners to meet Tethrd’s production needs.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance processes for all produced materials and goods, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Efficiency & Budget Optimization: Establish a strategic balance for our partners between increased productivity and optimized manufacturing costs.

• Performance Management: Set clear productivity and performance goals for each manufacturing partner and manage their compliance and accountability. Regularly communicate production status, issues, and resolutions with senior management.

• Operations & Logistics Coordination: Communicate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Finance, Warehousing) to establish budgets, onboard new partners, and ensure timely delivery of products to the warehouse.

• Resource Evaluation: Evaluate manufacturer capacity and resource availability to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.

       3-5 years account management experience required. Full time position based in Columbia, Tennessee.
