My Skeletors were three years old and I went ahead and decided to replace the ropes for safety sake. They were probably fine but it’s a cheap investment for peace of mind. These were super simple to switch out and I am pleased. Just one thing to note, these are only sold in quantities of one, so do not look at the title and think “ropes” meaning you have multiple in the $12.99 price. You have to read the description. I made that mistake and had to place two orders after the first arrived, so I paid shipped twice which stinks, but that’s on me. It may be a good idea for them to change the title to only say “rope” to help aide in people not making the mistake as I did.
