STEP 1
To begin, complete the form below. A customer service representative will review your form submission and create a FREE return email. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request after submitting the form.

We will create a prepaid shipping label and email it to you along with a slip for you to include with your package. Please note that our customer service team is available from 9-3 CT, Monday - Friday.
Once you receive your shipping label, print it, pack up your saddle, fill out the slip, and drop it off. Shipping usually takes 4–6 business days.
